Theme Customization
This article is a step by step guide to change the Live Chat Theme
Here are the steps for Theme Customization
Login to Admin portal if not already logged in.
From the left sidebar navigate to the Settings section as shown below.
Under the Chat Widget Section go to Customization option.
Click on the colour selection box under the Theme color option in Appearance tab.
Choose the desired colour by using the colour slider or by putting in the RGBA values.
You can preview the changes you are making in the Preview section on the right side.
Click on Save Changes button to make your changes permanent.
To view updated changes please refresh your website where AI chat is installed.
