Messenger Bot is not working as expected

Make sure the handover protocol is configured right

• Go to your Facebook Page Settings

• Go to Advanced Messaging

• Check Handover Protocol

  • The primary receiver should be set to IntelliTicks

  • The secondary receiver should be set to Page Inbox
