# Messenger Bot is not working as expected

## Make sure the handover protocol is configured right

* Go to your Facebook Page Settings
* Go to **Advanced Messaging**
* Check Handover Protocol
  * The primary receiver should be set to **IntelliTicks**
  * The secondary receiver should be set to **Page Inbox**
