Go to Settings -> Chat Widget -> Start Over 2. Enable the switch next to "Allow start over" 3. Enter the desired text to be show, for example: Start Over, or Restart 4. Select "Start current playbook...". If you always want the restart button to start from the fixed playbook, you can also select the first option. 5.
