# Create Flash Response

Agents can make there very own arsenal of flash responses to answer user queries more efficiently and quickly.

### Follow these steps to make your first flash response:

* Login to your [IntelliTicks Account](https://app.intelliticks.com).
* Go to the Flash Responses tab from the panel on the left.

* Click on **New Flash Response** on the top right.
* A window will open on your screen where you have to add - **Short name**, **Full text** and select if you want to share your created response with your team.

* Click on **Add** button to create the flash response.

### Fields

* **Short Name** - A short name for your created response to identify the purpose of the response.
* **Full Text** - The response that you want to show to the user.
