Create Flash Response

Agents can make there very own arsenal of flash responses to answer user queries more efficiently and quickly.

Follow these steps to make your first flash response:

• Login to your IntelliTicks Account.

• Go to the Flash Responses tab from the panel on the left.

• Click on New Flash Response on the top right.

• A window will open on your screen where you have to add - Short name, Full text and select if you want to share your created response with your team.

• Click on Add button to create the flash response.

Fields

• Short Name - A short name for your created response to identify the purpose of the response.

• Full Text - The response that you want to show to the user.
