Magento Integration (1.x)

Please follow the steps below to add IntelliTicks chatbot script to your Magento(1.x) store

  1. Open Admin panel of Magento Store

  2. Go to System -> Configuration as shown below in the image

3. Go to Design Section and expand HTML Head as show below. Paste the chatbot script next to "Miscellaneous Scripts", as shown below.

4. Save everything.

Now chatbot is installed in your store.
