Please follow the steps below to add IntelliTicks chatbot script to your Magento(1.x) store

Open Admin panel of Magento Store
Go to System -> Configuration as shown below in the image

3. Go to Design Section and expand HTML Head as show below. Paste the chatbot script next to "Miscellaneous Scripts", as shown below.

4. Save everything.

Now chatbot is installed in your store.
