This page describes on how to send leads captured by chatbot to Marketo CRM
To integrate Marketo with the chatbot, you need the following details from Marketo, so that chatbot is able to communicate with Marketo securely.
Rest API end point (Base URL)
The Identity URL and Rest API endpoint is found in the Admin > Web Services menu in the REST API section, as shown in the picture below.
Steps to get API endpoint and identity URL
The Client ID and Client Secret are found in the Admin > LaunchPoint menu by selecting the custom service, and clicking View Details, as shown below.
The associated Rest API user must have permission to create, retrieve and update leads.
