Languages Supported

This page lists all languages supported by IntelliTicks. Most features support all of these languages. As indicated by the table below, FAQs currently only support a subset of these languages.

With language change, you can change display text while interacting with your users. Language change impacts these

  1. Chat Widget - The client side chat widget that appears on your website.

  2. Playbooks - A pre-defined conversational flow with pre-defined bot texts & options.

  3. FAQs - A list of FAQs that are trained to the chatbot using sample queries.

List of Languages Supported in IntelliTicks

Language tags follow the HTTP/1.1 specification, section 3.10.

How to change the Language?

Please send the details mentioned in the page 'chat widget texts in local langauage' to support@intelliticks.com to get your language changed.

Can I change language of the Admin Console?

No, as of now, Admin Console is only available in English.
